Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-04-28.
Circadia is provided as-is for personal wellness use. By installing or using Circadia you agree to the following.
Not a medical device
Circadia is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, including any sleep disorder. The sleep stages, sleep score, smart alarm, and any insight surfaced by Circadia are estimates produced from consumer-grade sensors. Do not rely on Circadia for any medical decision. If you have a sleep disorder or any health concern, consult a qualified clinician.
Use at your own risk
- Circadia may misclassify sleep stages, miss alarms, or stop tracking unexpectedly.
- Do not rely on the smart alarm if missing an alarm could cause harm (work, travel, medication).
- Circadia depends on Apple Watch and iPhone hardware; if either device fails, Circadia may not function.
Your data
You are responsible for your device and your data. Circadia stores everything locally; if you uninstall the app, reset the device, or lose access to it, the data is lost and Circadia cannot recover it.
Open source notice
Portions of Circadia are built on open-source software. License notices, where applicable, are included in the app bundle.
Changes
These terms may change in future versions of Circadia. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
